Refund policy
We hope you fall in love with your purchases, but understand sometimes something just isn't right.
We have a strict return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request and 7 days to send off the return. We will happily provide an exchange, store credit, or full refund excluding shipping costs on any full priced items.
Discounted items (other than the new subscriber code) or items purchased using a discount code may only be exchanged.
Items marked as final sale are not able to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We have a strict hygiene policy. Swimwear must be returned with plastic liners, tags, and returns will be at the discretion of our staff to assess item on receipt.
Please be mindful when trying on garments as those which have makeup or fragrance marks or scents cannot be returned.
Items that are not accepted due to the above reasons will be returned to the sender, at the cost of the sender.
Uncollected parcels from the post office fall outside our return/refund window.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the above standards are not met. World of Rəzôrt is also not liable for the damage or loss of items on return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in all circumstances.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. We recommend contacting us for any return question at contact@worldofrezort.com.
Please note same day exchanges for Sydney residents is subject to driver availability and may not be available during peak periods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
